Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products there are no refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective.  There will be no refunds under any circumstance for lubricants as there is no way to tell if it has been tampered with or not.  Please contact me at povertykeys@gmail.com for any questions regarding your order

Switches: Factory lubing can be inconsistent.  Due to the nature of this and differences in personal preference in terms of feel, factory lubed switches are not eligible for return based on the feel of the lubing.  Only switches which are physically damaged and/or do not mechanically function can be considered defective and be eligible for replacement/refund.
